Live unload and trailer-to-trailer transfer

Back into an open door, break the load down and move it straight onto the outbound trailer. No warehousing step, no storage clock, no extra handling fees. Most straight transfers are unloaded, verified and reloaded within the same shift the driver arrives.

Floor-loaded container and trailer devanning

Hand-unload floor-stacked containers and vans, then palletize to your build standard — tie and high pattern, wrap spec, slip sheets, corner boards and labels. Ideal for import drayage that has to become domestic dry van freight.

Freight sortation and segregation

Sort by store, region, PO, SKU, lot or delivery date, then stage each segment on its own outbound door so nothing gets mixed at the tail of the trailer.

Drop trailer and pool distribution programs

Drop a loaded trailer and roll. We unload on our schedule, stage the freight and release it on your outbound plan. Recurring pool programs get dedicated door time and standing appointment windows.

Overflow and refused-load recovery

When a receiver refuses a load or your dock is full, we take it in, inspect it, photograph the condition and rebuild it so it can be delivered instead of sitting on a truck accruing detention.

What is cross docking?: Cross docking is moving freight directly from an inbound trailer to an outbound trailer with little or no storage in between. It removes the putaway and pick steps of traditional warehousing, which cuts dwell time, handling cost and damage exposure.
How fast can you cross dock a load?: Straight transfers are typically worked the same shift the driver arrives. Sortation, palletization and compliance rebuilds take longer depending on piece count, but call (919) 601-2176 and we quote a realistic window before you dispatch the truck.
Do I need an appointment?: No. The dock runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and drivers are worked in arrival order. Recurring programs can hold standing appointment windows if you prefer predictable door time.
