- Do you have order minimums?
- No. We prep a single pallet the same way we prep a full container — quoting is by the unit and the work involved, not by volume tiers.
- How fast is turnaround?
- Most prep jobs leave the same or next shift. The dock runs 24/7, so weekend arrivals do not sit until Monday.
- Can you receive freight directly from my supplier or the port?
- Yes. Send it here, including drayage from the port, and we will receive, count and photograph it against your purchase order.
- Who supplies labels?
- You send the shipment plan and label files and we print and apply them here. If something in the plan does not match the freight, dispatch calls you before we start.
