Whether you are a driver who got turned away at a receiver, a dispatcher trying to salvage an appointment, or a shipper who needs freight staged, reworked and pushed back out the same day, it all runs through one booking form and one reference number.
Book a door before you arrive and the crew stages equipment and labor ahead of your ETA. Walk-ins are still welcome — we have never turned a driver away — but booked appointments get first door assignment. Need something that is not listed here? Call dispatch. If it involves freight, a dock door and a truck, we have probably done it.
Full detail, capabilities and pricing guidance for the programs shippers, brokers and carriers ask about most.
The four operations that happen between your trailer doors opening and closing again. These are same-day, driver-facing services that move freight in, change its configuration, and move it back out.
Cross-Dock Transfer
Inbound trailer to outbound trailer with no storage in between. You get a door number at the guard shack, our crew strips the load onto the floor by outbound lane, and the receiving trailer is loaded, sealed and released the same shift. Seal numbers are recorded on both ends and photographed, so nothing about chain of custody is left to memory.
- ▸Live unload and live load, or drop-and-hook
- ▸Average turn time under 90 minutes on booked appointments
- ▸Seal-to-seal photo record attached to your reference
- ▸Outbound lane staging by stop, route or store number
- ▸Hot-shots and expedited same-day transfers
Load Rework & Restacking
When a receiver rejects a load for height, wrap, labeling or pallet condition, we rebuild it instead of sending you home. Freight is broken down, re-stacked to the exact height and pattern the consignee wants, re-wrapped, re-banded and re-labeled, with damaged or non-compliant pallets swapped out for good ones.
- ▸Height correction and pattern rebuild to receiver spec
- ▸Machine stretch-wrap, corner boards and banding
- ▸GS1 / SSCC label reprint and application
- ▸CHEP, PECO, iGPS and white-wood pallet exchange
- ▸Short-count and overage reconciliation before you leave
- ▸Photographed before/after record for the receiver
Transload & Floor Load Conversion
Floor-loaded ocean containers and boxcars converted to palletized dry-van freight, or palletized freight broken down and floor-loaded to squeeze the maximum cube out of an export container. We match the outbound configuration to whatever the next carrier or receiver requires.
- ▸Container and boxcar devanning
- ▸Palletize and de-palletize by SKU or by mixed case
- ▸Cube optimization for export loading
- ▸Rail-to-truck and truck-to-rail conversion
- ▸LTL, parcel and final-mile sortation
Freight Inspection & Reporting
Independent count verification and condition reporting before the freight moves on. Every exception is photographed, timestamped and written into a report tied to your reference number so the claim conversation starts with evidence.
- ▸Piece, case and pallet count verification
- ▸Damage, moisture and infestation photos
- ▸Temperature and seal-integrity checks
- ▸Written exception report for claims
- ▸Witnessed loading and witnessed unloading
Everything around the dock: storage, drayage, value-add work, fulfillment, returns and capacity. Mix and match — most customers start with one service and add the rest as volume grows. Every service below can be ordered through the same quote form and tracked under the same MON- reference.

What we need from you at the gate
Bring the paperwork and the door goes faster. At minimum we need a bill of lading or PO number, the carrier name, the tractor and trailer or container number, and your seal number if the trailer arrives sealed. If the freight is being reworked, tell us the receiver's spec — max height, wrap requirement, label placement, pallet type — either in the notes field when you book or to the office when you check in.
Drivers must stay with the tractor for live loads unless the office says otherwise. Safety vests and closed-toe boots are required past the dock line, and we keep loaners at the window if you are short. For hazmat, produce or temperature-controlled loads, bring the current SDS, temperature set-point and any receiver-mandated documentation.
